Samsung Galaxy Nexus I9250M

The Samsung Galaxy Nexus I9250M is a smartphone that was released in January 2012. It runs on the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system and is powered by a dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9 processor along with a TI OMAP 4460 chipset and PowerVR SGX540 GPU. The phone comes with 16GB of internal memory and 1GB of RAM, although there is no option for external memory expansion.
