The Xiaomi Redmi Note, released in March 2014, is a budget-friendly Android smartphone that offers a range of features for its price point. Running on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, upgradable to 4.4.4 KitKat with MIUI 9.2, the Redmi Note is powered by an octa-core 1.4/1.7 GHz Cortex-A7 processor and Mediatek MT6592 chipset, paired with Mali-450MP4 GPU.
